As far as the press were concerned, the Versace Haute Couture show was all about Lady Gaga, Grace Kelly snoods and power dressing. But did anyone see the makeup? I was captivated by the eye makeup - understated yet clever - with flashes of blue and gold to complement the bold colours in the collection. The twist on the classic smoky eye is so of the moment, and wearable - unlike Chanel's paint palette eye which I adore but don't think I'll be wearing to work. Add a flawless base and your good to go. Look at you - all grown up!
