Christmas Gift Guide for Culture Vultures and Fashionistas!

I love this time of year and taking time out from work to discover cool and interesting Christmas gifts. I love finding and sharing things that make my heart happy and I hope you get some good ideas from reading this! You don't need to spend a fortune to show someone how you feel, I'd rather have lots of thought put into it and less money spent than the other way around! I will keep adding to the blog as I see cool stuff on my travels. Happy Holidays!

Tinkalink Personalised Phone Covers

I just came across this website a couple of days ago and I love it! Transform your phone with customisable locket cases, skins and charms. Right now the iPhone 6 locket cases come free with a charm and background skin. Charms include hearts, stars and cute animals. Add your name or inspirational words with the letter charms. The bundles are good value and include combos of cases, skins and charms. I love the Take Hold of Your Destiny Bundle which features a midnight sky skin, and two charms (Hand of Fatima and a star).

Eclectic Eccentricity Jewellery

I've just come across this brand and I love its quirkiness. Appear to your loved one's inner geek with dinosaur, space themed and Einstein necklaces. They've got great offers including £5 necklaces - great if you want to treat all of your friends. I love the Shake It Up New York Snowglobe necklace (£17), as well as the Skyline and crystal necklaces.

Taschen Dali Cook Book - Les Diners De Gala

Art lovers will appreciate this feast for the eyes and stomach. Dali and his wife Gala's dinner parties are the stuff of legend, and luckily for us he published a cookbook in 1973, which reveals the sensuous and exotic elements of these fabulous gatherings. Dali himself has illustrated 136 recipes over twelve chapters accompanied by his musings on a variety of subjects. A multi-sensory adventure. (£44.99)

I recently discovered this Yorkshire based brand and can't get enough of their unique bold designs. Designer Mags Walker's aim was for her pieces to have impact, and they certainly have that in bucketloads. I particularly love the Eiffel earrings in Blush Pink (£40), the Art Deco Chandeliers in Heather (£35) and the Art Deco Iridescent Drops (£45). They also do statement necklaces if you're looking for a gift with a difference.

Veuve Clicquot City Arrow Tins

I discovered these cool tins when I was looking to buy some champagne for myself to celebrate surviving my first year of self-employment. I love that you can choose from 29 cities - ideal for city lovers and champagne lovers alike! The tins pay tribute to the epic journeys Veuve Cliquot has made around the world since it was founded in 1772, and the challenges they faced shipping the champagne around the globe in the 18th and 19th centuries. The tin also included the distance of the city from Reims in France where the champagne is made. This limited edition box contains a 75cl bottle of Verve Cliquot.

If your loved one or friend loves museums and exhibitions, then a membership pack is a great idea. Especially this Tate Membership, which includes unlimited free admission to all four Tate galleries (Modern, Britain, St Ives and Liverpool) and access to members' rooms, events, talks and tours. (Membership for two people is £117). I love the Tate Modern and go every time I visit London!

This is a great gift for the badass feminist in your family - the 100 women featured in this beautifully illustrated book challenged the status quo and were game changers and pioneers for those that followed. It features women like Marie Curie (the first woman to win the Nobel Prize), Ada Lovelace (the first female computer programmer), Aphra Benn (the first female professional writer) and many more amazing women - pirates, activists, spies, daredevils, scientists, artists and around warrior women! I can't wait to open this, especially for the fabulous illustrations.

After the craziness of 2016, we all need a little more love. I adore neon and love it in the house. This neon pink heart is safe for the home, made from environmentally conscious material as well as being child and pet safe, and will look great on the mantelpiece, wall or on you desk. And you can give when you buy it too, as Love Inc will donate £10 to a charity for child refugees.
